Nartiel8k Refund Policy

This policy explains the Nartiel8k 7-day money-back guarantee: what it covers and how to ask for a refund. If you would like to try the service on your own device before you order, you can also ask for a 24-hour free trial on WhatsApp.

1. Seven-day money-back guarantee

Every Nartiel8k subscription includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

You do not have to give a reason, prove a technical fault or go through troubleshooting first. If something isn't working, our support team is happy to help, but accepting that help is never a condition for getting your money back.

2. Which plans are covered

The guarantee applies to every Nartiel8k subscription plan, for 1 to 5 connections, whichever length you choose (3, 6 or 12 months).

3. How to request a refund

Message our support team on WhatsApp (the button is on our contact page) within 7 days of your purchase, from the conversation you ordered in or with your order details, so that the team can find your order.

Never send your full payment-card number.

4. Payment of the refund

The refund is the full amount you paid for the plan. How long it then takes to appear on your statement or in your wallet depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. After the first 7 days

The money-back guarantee covers the first 7 days after your purchase. After that, if you have a problem with the service, message us on WhatsApp and our team will help you.

Fees you pay to third parties, such as a player app's activation fee, a device or a VPN, are not paid to Nartiel8k and are not part of a Nartiel8k refund.

6. Digital delivery

Nartiel8k is delivered digitally only: nothing is shipped to you. Once your payment is confirmed, your login details and setup instructions are sent to you, and you install the service yourself with our IPTV setup guide.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live. Where mandatory law gives you stronger protection, that law applies.
